When I was reviving my 2002 F250 7.3 Powerstroke, I read every Ford truck forum I could find, searching for answers to my Ford 7.3 diesel common problems.
Here’s a list of the most helpful Ford truck forum sites I found:

Let’s start with my favorites:

The Diesel Garage covers all years of the 7.3 Powerstroke, so they make it on the early model 7.3 forum list as well.
Superduty Forum List
Here are the rest of the Superduty-focused Ford truck forums.
F250 and F350 Forums
Don’t have a diesel? These Ford truck forum boards don’t care.
They’re a good place to go if you want to talk about the Ford 5.4 engine or the Ford V10 engine. Gassers welcome!
1. Superdutydiesel.com Ford Truck Forum
This one’s a general Superduty forum discussion board.
This site has a well-laid-out list of bulletin boards for every Ford truck forum freak out there. 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, 6.7 Powerstroke forum… They got ’em all.
2. Topix has an F250 forum that’s gasser-friendly.
3. And F150 Online, ironically, has a forum just for F250s
4. Fordforums.com has a board for all Ford trucks
From the horse’s mouth, they talk Ford F100, F150, F250, and Ford F350 trucks.
And finally…
5. Fordforum.com (Singular—a different site than above) has an F250/350 focused forum.
But let’s get back to Powerstroke forums…
6.0 Powerstroke Forum List
For all you 2004-2007 “less-than-bulletproof” 6.0 EGR valve victims out there… You can woe and lament to your heart’s content on one of these 6.0 Powerstroke forum boards:
1. Powerstroke.org
2. Powerstroke Nation
3. The Diesel Stop
4. Diesel Garage
5. Diesel Bombers
6.4 Powerstroke Forum List
And for all you square-mirrored—2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke owners…
If you’re truck’s “producing” oil, has a high pressure fuel pump problem, or you’re just getting white smoke and a loss of power in your 6.4 Powerstroke…
Fixes to 6.4 Powerstroke common problems can be found on these forums.

3. The Diesel Stop 6.4 Forum
4. Diesel Bombers 6.4 Forum
5. Ford-Trucks.com 6.4 Forum
6.7 Powerstroke Forum List
So you got a new 6.7 Powerstroke. Trouble is … it still has some common problems to deal with.
So, if you’re experiencing the exhaust gas temp (EGT) sensor failure, or wondering how Ford managed to move the EGR carbon deposits to the EGR cooler core, or are just tired of the coolant leaks…
These 6.7 forums should help you out.
1. Powerstroke.org’s 6.7 Forum
2. Ford Truck Enthusiasts’ 6.7 Forum
3. The Diesel Stop’s 6.7 Forum
4. Powerstroke Nation’s 6.7 Forum
Excursion Forum List
I’m sure you know that the Excursion is Ford’s take on the Suburbanite, grocery-getting, gas-guzzling, soccer-mom assault vehicle.
And as SUVs go, the Excursion’s following is nothing less than cult-like.
So it makes sense that we get a long list of our own “special” Ford truck forums to help us solve Excursion problems.
1. Ford-truck.com’s Excursion Forum
The Ford Truck Enthusiasts “get” it. Their Excursion forum is labelled “King of the SUVs.”
But wait!
2. Powerstroke.org has a 7.3 Powerstroke Excursion Forum
They’re “Powerstroke” so don’t expect to find a lot of V10s. They focus on ’99-’03 “X”s.
They also have…
3. A 6.0L Powerstroke Excursion Forum
4. The Diesel Stop talks about Powerstroke Diesel Excursions
5. This is Supermotors.net’s Powerstroke Excursion Forum
And the fact that they split out the Powerstroke forum from the gasser Excursion forum speaks volumes about their depth of information.
BONUS: This is Supermotors.net’s Gas Engine (V10) Excursion Forum
SUPER BONUS: Ford F150 Forum Sites
I’ll have to admit—Ford F150s are some powerful mean trucks. Especially the later models. Yet they come with their own set of common problems.
So until Ford comes out with their 3.0L Diesel in 2018, these 3 Ford truck forums should help you fix your “smaller” truck.
1. Ford F150 Forum – Literally, that’s their name…
2. Fordf150.net’s F150 Forum
And rounding out the Ford F150 Forum list out and completing this entire list is some social networking Ford help from your Friendly Ford Freaks over on Facebook…
3. Facebook F150 Forum
And that’s the list of Ford Truck Forums…
You’ll probably notice a trend in the Ford forums above—there are around 3 big truck forums that show up over and over.
That doesn’t mean that the smaller sites don’t have great content—they do. But the criteria I used was where I found fixes for my 7.3s common problems.
